The rise of military Hindu power in Bengal in the fifteenth century was inspired by the countrymen of the Bandyavamśīẏa Brāhmaṇa Achāryya Śrī Chandrasekhara Chakrabarttī, historically known as "Chandracharya". He was the kulguru of Bāṅgālādhīśwara Mahārājā Śrī Danujamardan Ramnath Deva as well as the learned chief member of the Chandradwip Royal Court.
The traditional Aryan culture of India was endangered due to the continuous anti-religious persecution of Delhi Sultanate and Jaunpur Sultanate. He realized that all the Hindu kingdoms of Bangabhum and Rarhbhum should have to be united in order to resist these Sultanate attacks and establish Bengal as a Swatantra Dharm'marājya. At this time he met with Acharya Padmanabha Shastri of Shikharbhum state and gave a message to all the Nripatis of Bengal to unite for the incoming religious war.
When he came to visit the Madhavpasha Katyayani temple, he was delighted to know about the great military glory of Bangadhipati Danujmardandev, his adoration for this nation and the initiative of Hindu awakening, he congratulated him in a letter. Then King Danujmardandeva met Acharya Chandrashekhar in Katyayani temple where King Danujmardandev accepted Acharya Chandrasekhar as his Guru.
Chandracharya inspired Maharaja Danujmardandev - "You are anointed to the throne of Bengal to satisfy the blood-thirst of this Jagajjananī Kātyāẏanī, Be the sword to establish an united Arya empire by composing her coronation with blood of those yavanas.”
The subsequent events are the history of victory, the history of glory, the history of the revival of the Arya race. The Chand-Sitara Parcham of Jaunpur Sultanate fell by the sword of Maharaj Danujmardandev's Deva army, Lakhnauti fell. Three Hindu kingdoms of Rarh Gopbhumraj Mahendra Singha, Sikharbhumraj Harinarayan Sekhar with his Army Commander Samantaraj Hammir Ray ll with his son Hambir Ray and Hijalraj Haridas Bhaumik jointly sent troops at the beginning of the Hindu renaissance.
Conquest of Saptagram, commercial blockade and finally the restoration of Gour to build an integral Banghala Empire. Varendra, Rarha, Banga - Gaudiya triangle uniting the establishment of a unified Bengali nation. The coins bearing the name of the Goddess of the Banghala Samrajyam was driven from Pandua after conquering the Gauda, inscribed 'Srichandicharanaparayanasya' and on the other side its founder 'SriSriDanujamardanaDeva'.

Archaeologist RD Banerji points out - "After the twelfth century AD, in the vast Aryavarta extending from Purushapur to Kamrup in any town or country conquered by the Muslims, no Hindu king dared to stamp his name in Indian characters or language before it. What no Hindu king in Aryavarta could do was The names of DanujmardanDeva and MahendraDeva will be forever remembered in history because they had done it."
